Les registres de la Anglican Cathedral Holy Trinity Church de Québec pour le 31 janvier 1813 font état de l'acte de baptême suivant :

«Mountain Baptized

Anne Mary, daugher of Father Jehosaphat Mountain of the City of Quebec, Clerk, officiating minister of the English Church at Quebec, and of Anna Maria his wife, was born January the twenty third, and privately baptised January the thirty first, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen.
By me Father Jehosaphat Mountain, Officiating Minister at Quebec.».

Au Québec, la plupart des actes de l'état civil ayant été rédigés par des prêtres catholiques, une telle situation n'est pas très fréquente.

Sur un autre plan, noter que la mère est désignée par son seul prénom.
