«Reid Buried

Alexander Reid Esqr, of the City of Montreal, Clerk of the Peace, aged twenty six years, died (on board the Steam Boat in the River St Lawrence), August the twenty fourth, and was buried August the twenty seventh, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen
